The 55 m² Top Floor Apartment with a terrace is located on the 5th floor. The highlight of the apartments are the large terraces from which guests can relax and enjoy the view. The apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests and includes a double room with a king-sized bed, a double bedroom, a bathroom with a shower and a living room with a sofa, TV offering international channels. The kitchen area is equipped with a fridge, coffee maker, electric kettle, microwave and kitchenware. Bed linen and towels are available for guests.
Small dogs (maximum 15kg) are welcome in our Residence on request. We kindly ask not to bring them to the pool and keep them on a leash in common areas. An extra charge of Euro 10 per night is required.
Check in from 4pm to 8 pm and check-out from 8 am to 10 am.
