The 55 m² Top Floor Apartment with a terrace is located on the 5th floor. The highlight of the apartments are the large terraces from which guests can relax and enjoy the view. The apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests and includes a double room with a king-sized bed, a double bedroom, a bathroom with a shower and a living room with a sofa, TV offering international channels and a phone. The kitchen area is equipped with a fridge, coffee maker, electric kettle, microwave and kitchenware. Bed linen and towels are available for guests.
Small dogs (maximum 15kg) are welcome in our Residence on request.
To respect the stay of all our guests, we have chosen to accommodate a maximum of 1 dog per apartment.
We kindly ask not to bring them to the pool and keep them on a leash in common areas.
An extra charge of Euro 10 per night is required.

Massive apartment, very spacious, nice view from the balcony, functional breakfast, good coffee. The whole is residence rather basic, nothing luxurious, but clean and functional, fits the purpose.
